What types of products does BackyardEase carry?

We curate four premium outdoor living categories: Outdoor Escapes (patio furniture, pergolas, shade solutions), Culinary Oasis (grills, outdoor kitchens, dining sets), Spa & Leisure (hot tubs, fire pits, saunas), and Seasonal Comfort (heaters, weatherproof accessories). Every product is hand-selected for quality, durability, and design.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes — we offer free shipping on all qualifying orders across the contiguous United States. Shipping timelines vary by product size and supplier. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most items in original, unused condition. Some large items (outdoor furniture sets, hot tubs) may be subject to restocking fees. Please contact our support team to initiate a return.

Do your products come with a warranty?

Every high-ticket product sold through BackyardEase comes with a verified manufacturer warranty. Warranty terms vary by brand and product — specific details are listed on each product page.

How long does delivery take?

Standard delivery for smaller items is typically 5–7 business days. Large items such as patio furniture sets, pergolas, and hot tubs are shipped via freight carrier and typically arrive within 7–14 business days. White-glove delivery with placement and packaging removal is available on select products.

Do you ship outside the contiguous United States?

At this time, BackyardEase ships exclusively within the contiguous United States. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or international destinations.
