All products sold by BackyardEase are covered by the original manufacturer's warranty. Warranty terms, duration, and coverage vary by product and brand.

- Component failures within the stated warranty period
Warranty coverage typically excludes:
- Normal wear and tear

- Damage caused by exposure to conditions outside the manufacturer's specified guidelines
- Cosmetic damage including scratches, fading, or discoloration from outdoor exposure
- Damage resulting from failure to follow care and maintenance instructions
- Products that have been modified, altered, or repaired by unauthorized parties
- Accidental damage or damage caused by acts of nature (storms, flooding, etc.)

If you cannot locate your product's warranty documentation, contact us at support@backyardease.com and we will obtain it from the manufacturer on your behalf.
3. Warranty Periods
Warranty periods vary by product category. General guidelines are as follows:
Outdoor Furniture: 1–5 years depending on materials and manufacturer
Outdoor Kitchen Equipment: 1–3 years on parts and components
Spa and Leisure Products: 1–5 years on structure and components
Seasonal Comfort Items: 1 year on manufacturing defects
Electrical and Mechanical Components: 1 year unless otherwise stated

4. How to Make a Warranty Claim
If you believe your product has a defect covered under warranty, follow these steps:

Step 2 — Review and Authorization
Our team will review your claim within 2–3 business days. If your claim is approved, we will provide you with instructions for the next steps, which may include:
- Direct replacement of the defective item or component
- Coordination with the manufacturer's warranty service team
- A refund where a replacement is not available
Step 3 — Resolution
We will work to resolve all valid warranty claims as quickly as possible. Our goal is to have every claim resolved within 7–14 business days of authorization, depending on parts availability and the manufacturer's process.
5. Warranty Claim Shipping
If a product or component must be returned to process a warranty claim:
- BackyardEase will cover return shipping costs for valid warranty claims.
- For large or freight-shipped items, we will coordinate carrier pickup at no cost to you.
- Replacement items will be shipped to you at no additional charge.
6. Limitations
This warranty policy applies only to products purchased directly through www.backyardease.com. Products purchased through unauthorized resellers or third-party marketplaces are not covered under this policy.
This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, BackyardEase's liability under any warranty claim is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective product, or a refund of the original purchase price at our discretion.
7. Your Statutory Rights
This Warranty Policy does not affect any statutory rights you may have under applicable federal or state consumer protection law, including any implied warranties that cannot be excluded by law.
